Reports on phone number 02045132498
1 yearThe only reason my feedback is neutral is that I eventually received tickets from this company, Seatsnet. They telephoned me twice on this number while I was in the process of buying tickets from them, but I ignored the phone calls. It was marked as suspected spam by my phone company, but in the circumstances, I don't think it can be called that. All the same, I don't want them ringing me. They had email and WhatsApp available for contacting me. This company needs an overhaul in how they conduct business. There are a whole host of dubious practices, and I doubt I'll use them again. I bought concert tickets for 4th June and when I received confirmation, it was for a concert on 6th June. As the artist concerned didn't even have a concert on 6th, I immediately demanded my money back, but my messages were ignored. As I had time on my hands, I began to bombard them with messages, some sarcastic, and eventually they responded on WhatsApp. They reassured me that I would get my tickets '100% without fail', but the day of the 4th June gig came and went, and I didn't receive any tickets. To be honest, I thought it was a scam and that I'd lost my money. I tried the tactic of sending them multiple messages again, and eventually they responded with a message saying they would send me tickets for a concert on 7th June. I wasn't sure if I believed them, but decided to give them a chance. The 7th June arrived and by 2pm in the afternoon no tickets had arrived. I began messaging them again, and this time they replied fairly quickly with a guarantee that the tickets would arrive between 1 and 3 hours before the concert. When purchasing the tickets, there was no indication of this standard. It was at this point that I received the phone calls, but I don't answer my phone to numbers I don't recognise and ignored them. Then I received an email confirming that the tickets had been sent. I hadn't received them. Next, I received a WhatsApp checking my email address, which had been correct all along. Then an email stated that the tickets could be received through various methods, one of which was Ticketmaster. I decided to check my Ticketmaster account and it indicated that due to 'unusual activity' on my account, I had to change my password and confirm it was me with a one-time passcode sent to my phone. I did this, then the tickets arrived by transfer. As it was one Ticketmaster account to another, I was inclined to think they were genuine and got into the gig without any problem. The seat I received was much worse than the original one I bought but as the gig was fantastic, I don’t mind as much as I might have if it had been rubbish. Sorry for the long feedback, but the devil is in the detail.SeatsnetWhatsApp2 yearsI got a ring back after looking up a place to eat and grab some drinks.2 yearsGot a call from this number saying they're from seatnet and needed to verify my email for some TS ticket transfer. Seemed a bit fishy to me.TSSeatnet2 yearsBought some tickets online from Seatnet, paid good money and when I tried to get in, they turned out to be fake!
