3 yearsEvery time I pick up the phone, it goes silent straight away!3 yearsCaution! I suspect this might be a con! To cut a long story short, the caller, who had a noticeable Indian accent, claimed to represent O2 and was prattling on about lowering my monthly charges.3 yearsI had an utterly dodgy phone call today. An Asian gentleman, who was quite hard to understand, passed me off to a woman claiming to represent O2. She went on about some amazing deal that supposedly required no payments for a few months. Honestly, my bill is already quite minimal, so it wouldn’t really impact me much anyway! She insisted she had dispatched several messages to my phone and was quite keen for me to share a code with her. That's when I decided enough was enough and ended the call!3 yearsHaha, I was completely lost with what the Asian chap was saying, so I just responded with my absolute worst attempt at English. Surprisingly, he seemed to grasp what I meant!Haha3 yearsI could hardly make sense of what they were saying, as their accent was quite strong and they spoke at lightning speed. It felt like they were rambling on about some kind of “autonetwork offer.” Decided to cut the conversation short, so I hung up and added the number to my blocked list.3 yearsClaimed to be from HMRC, but then O2 disconnected the call.HMRCO23 yearsI found it rather challenging to make sense of the message, but it appeared to be related to some sort of autonetwork advertising. Honestly, it struck me as rather suspicious, like yet another piece of junk mail.3 yearsI struggled to make sense of the call as the chap on the other end had a thick Indian accent. It was all rather baffling, but he was rambling on about how I’d been chosen for some sort of exclusive offer. Total nonsense, if you ask me!Submit Your Own Report (020 4502 4304)
