This year alone, I’ve gotten more than 40 calls from numbers starting with 020. None of them have ever left a voicemail. Just today I had calls from 02045023403, 02039250607 and 02039309418. When I try to call back, I either get stuck in a loop with a message asking me to hold for an agent or just the usual noisy background like a busy call centre. Proper frustrating!

Someone called claiming to be from BT, so I decided to call BT directly to check and they said the number wasn’t theirs at all. Definitely wasn't a legitimate call from them.
