This isn’t from Santander at all - they never use mobile numbers to contact customers. If you bank with Santander, don’t ever ring back the number on messages like this. Always use the official number from their website and double-check your bank statements first.

Got a call with absolutely no one speaking on the other end, just silence. Decided to block the number straight away.

I received a call from a robotic woman's voice purporting to be from Amazon. When I attempted to return the call, it rang with an international tone and was never picked up. Conclusion: this is clearly a scam. A word of caution: if you find yourself answering a call from an unknown number, refrain from speaking; your voice could trigger the automated system and potentially incur charges. Stay vigilant!
