Some bloke rang up asking for my mum about some website she was meant to have been using. Thing is, she’s been gone for a good few years now and never did much online in any case, so no idea what he was talking about. She’d been suffering from Alzheimer’s well before she died, so she wouldn’t have a clue about any of that. The guy sounded like he was trying to hide his real voice and kept pushing me to hand over my info before saying anything else.
