Really appreciate the effort he’s putting in. This guy from overseas keeps insisting that my dodgy EDF smart meter needs swapping, even though I’ve made it clear EDF have no clue who he is and said they don’t recognise the email he claims to have sent them. I've flagged him as dodgy since he told me once the meter was overcharging and EDF would be giving me a refund for that.

Today, I got a call from the same bloke mentioned earlier, claiming there was a problem with my meter. I had already checked with EDF straight away, and they told me there’s no issue with the meter nor any intention to change it. I made sure to inform him of that.
