Someone called saying they were from PC World, offering deals on iPhones and Samsungs. They wanted to know what kind of phone I had but when I asked how they got my number, the person claimed they were from the promo team, not the info dept. I pressed them again about having my number listed, which is supposed to be protected under the TPS and other rules, but they couldn’t explain. Ended up just hanging up on them. I’m going to report this to the TPS now.
