Got a call from this number earlier, supposedly offering free government grants. I barely gave any info and definitely didn’t share any bank details. The caller said he was ringing from Leicester and mentioned sending two people around to check our circumstances, but then said they’d want to see our bank statements! No chance of that 🙄. I’ve blocked the number now, though I’m sure they’ll try calling from another line soon enough.

Someone I know got tricked by these lot, they convinced them they were with Three (which wasn’t true) and managed to get all their info cause they trusted them. Now I’m caught up in the whole thing. They’ve been ringing again this week. They purposely use an Asian caller ID which makes it seem legit from Three. They even send fake emails if you reply. Don’t ever pick up, just block and report them. If you’re expecting a upgrade with Three, call 333 directly so you know it’s the real phone company.

I got a call from someone claiming to be Three, trying to offer me a discount. When I asked for more info, they actually followed up with an email. Quite odd but interesting!

Some random number kept ringing for ages without actually picking up, which I found really annoying and kinda suspicious. I didn’t want to answer it because I had a feeling it might be a scam. That constant ringing was just a pain and could’ve been dodgy if I’d taken the call.

I received a call from a woman who claimed to be with Three. She inquired about my name and what phone I use. I thought it wise to search her number online first, and just as I began to do that, she abruptly hung up on me. Quite the peculiar encounter!

I’m absolutely baffled as to how these con artists are allowed to operate with such impunity. I just got a call from someone claiming to be from Three Mobile. As soon as he requested my bank details, I told him I was going to ring Three directly to verify his claims.
