I didn't answer the phone but looked it up here because I'd been getting a bunch of calls from London numbers and they always turn out to be salespeople. I ended up cancelling my landline since I was getting like 15 calls every day. They've been blocked now.

The name of the firm is something like "Don't Waste Money". I missed their call earlier and couldn't pick up at the time. Later, I tried returning the call and that's how I found out who they were. As soon as I called back, they stuck me on hold for ages. I ended up hanging up and blocking the number because it felt obvious they just wanted to hassle me about saving money. Honestly, I've managed perfectly fine for 50 years without their services, so why on earth would I need what they’re offering now?
