Somebody rang me up pretending to be from Amazon, saying they needed to check my order for an Apple iPhone. They mentioned they’d sent a security code via text. When I checked my messages, there was indeed a code, coming from a number that had previously sent me real Amazon delivery updates. Honestly, that’s pretty sneaky, isn’t it?
