I received a voice message purporting to be from HM Revenue & Customs, demanding that I ring them back on a number they provided. They insinuated that if I failed to respond, I could face legal action. What a scam! I have no issues with them whatsoever, so this is clearly a bunch of nonsense.

Got a call supposedly from HMRC saying there's a legal case against me. They asked me to ring them back and gave me a number to dial. In my experience, HMRC wouldn’t call with an American accent or leave a message on an automated line. Seems like a dodgy scam to me!
