my elderly parents got conned out of £199! When i tried sorting it, they wouldnt talk to me unless my dad said it was ok and wouldnt let me speak to a manager either. After a quick Google i found out these guys are total sharks and honestly should be really ashamed.

I picked up and the call ended straight away. Seems like others got the same call too, something about a washing machine warranty. Might be one of those telemarketer things.

I got a call saying my washing machine’s warranty was about to expire. When I asked them which machine they meant, they named a brand I’ve never had. I told them I actually got a brand new washer that’s still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and they didn’t seem happy at all. Definitely felt like a scam to me.
