They sold me this thinking it was a repair coverage. Turns out it’s nothing like that. They just act as a go-between and connect you to a repair firm that charges you anyway. Honestly, I could have sorted the repairs myself and saved the cash instead. Avoid them entirely. Properly deceptive!

i reckon most of these reviews are just from bitter ex employees or competitors trying to bring the company down. they have nothing to do with domestic help, they're completely separate from them.

Had a chat with some lady named Sara, honestly she was completely useless. Felt like a total rip-off, just trying to swindle cash from elderly folks. Such a dodgy setup.

My elderly mum got sold a home insurance plan from Domestic Home Assist for three years costing £300. Today her washing machine packed up, so we dug out the documents only to find out they just help book the repairs - you still have to fork out for the actual fixes. Seriously, how is this even allowed nowadays? It feels like such a rotten scam, honestly hate the folks running and working for that shady company.

I got a call from some company saying they were ATC and wanted to take on my old washing machine service contract, and stupidly I said yes. Then “Domestic Home Assist” rang me up and I ended up agreeing to a 3 year plan costing £198. Later, I found out it could be a scam, so I rang them straightaway to cancel the policy. They told me I’d get my refund in 2-3 working days. Fingers crossed I've managed to avoid getting ripped off. Still haven’t seen the refund though.

I got a call from someone claiming to be TSS, saying they had insurance for my washing machine which I already own. They then asked for my card info and stuff. Sounds iffy to me!
