I keep seeing this alert pop up saying "Microsoft Windows Defender - Security Warning". I tried finding real Microsoft help through their official site. Does anyone know how to remove this fake warning and actually get my computer back to normal?

Had the exact same issue. I just switched the computer off completely and when I turned it back on, everything was fine again.

Got a popup saying my PC was hacked, and it was supposedly from Microsoft security. Told me to ring this number but it’s definitely a scam! Don’t fall for it.
