Some bloke rang me claiming he was from the National Lottery, saying I'd supposedly won 10 free EuroMillions entries. He wanted me to give him 5 numbers plus 2 lucky stars. When I told him my numbers, he wondered if they had any special meaning, which they didn’t. Then he asked me to spell out my name to confirm it. I tried telling him I wasn’t interested, but he just carried on, so I ended up hanging up before he could start asking for my bank info or whatever.

This number rang me quite a few times earlier today claiming to be from the national lottery. I never realised the national lottery was managed by people in India - did anyone else know that? Seemed very dodgy to me. When I asked more questions, the woman with the Indian accent got all confused and couldn’t give me straight answers. Best just to ignore calls from this number!

I've had a number of calls today from this particular number. They claim to be associated with the national lottery. I had no idea that the national lottery was managed by folks in India, did you? Clearly a scam... When I pressed the woman on the line, who had quite the Indian accent, she got all flustered and couldn’t provide any coherent answers to my queries! Just avoid answering it and report it as spam!
