Got a call from a lady named Kim, supposedly from South Africa, telling me I’d bagged 10 free lines for Friday’s Euro Millions draw. She also said I'd been put into some syndicate with about 150 folks, running over three months, costing £39 monthly, and that money would be paid back if no win. Seemed way too good to be legit… and most likely a scam. Be careful and don’t give in. The personal info they ask for might well be used to make dodgy credit applications pretending to be you.

Got a call from a guy from India saying I’d won some kind of contest and needed to give my bank info. Don’t fall for it! Never share your details with people like that. These scammers really need to be stopped.

I got a call from a company claiming I’d won five lines in some kind of lottery. I cut them off pretty quickly though and told them I wasn’t interested. Seriously, don’t ever hand over your bank info!
