Got the exact same call, she kept going on about what I could win and all that. I said I didn’t have my bank info handy. Then she asked if I had a bank statement nearby. Told her I wasn’t at home, so she said she’d call again. Like seriously, who’d just give out their bank details to some random person on the phone?? I reckon she thought she was fooling me, but honestly, I think I turned the tables on her 🤗🤗

Complete rip off! A woman rang me claiming to be from the euromillions, asking for my bank info. She wanted me to confirm personal details she obviously already had on file. I just got the feeling it was a con, so I ended the call. Blocked the number and won’t be picking up again.

I received a call from the number 020 3936 4234 the other day. Interestingly, I had recently filled out a form on what appeared to be a genuine site offering free Tesco gift vouchers. They had all my details - my name, address, age, and email. During the call, they proposed a subscription at £39 a month for entry into a syndicate with 75 lines in the Euro Lottery, claiming I'd be guaranteed a refund every month if I didn’t win. I decided to pass and subsequently blocked the number. Surely, this must be some sort of scam, right? The caller didn’t even bother to introduce themselves.

Got a call from this number today (14:12 Monday 29/4), looked it up and saw all these reviews while it was still ringing, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked it.

This woman phoned me saying I'd won a big amount in the Lottery and needed my bank details to transfer the money. I told her, since she already had my number, name and maybe my address, she should just come round and tell me that in person. Then I hung up and blocked the number.

Got four calls this week, every time I’ve told them to remove me from their list and mentioned GDPR but somehow they ring me back from a new number. Got a call supposedly from the national lottery saying i'd won some extra tickets and that i'd be put into a euro lottery syndicate. The guy even knew my email and was nearly right on my birthday. Then he asked for my bank details to send the prize money over. I just said no thanks and ended the call.

Somebody rang me claiming to be from the national lottery saying i’d won on five lines. i called him out on it and he got really defensive, telling me i wouldn’t find his number online cos he was calling from abroad and all that GDPR stuff. He got a bit annoying when i kept asking who he was, especially as he tried to confirm my details but used my maiden name instead!
