I don’t know why I even picked up this number. Some woman with an Indian or Asian accent started asking me about my computer and then just said goodbye after I told her I didn’t have one. Honestly, I’m kinda glad I wasn’t clueless enough to fall for whatever that was meant to be.

Totally rubbish, mate. Just ignore it and don’t bother picking up.

Some bloke said he was David Jones from a window company and claimed my computer's been having issues for weeks. When I questioned which PC he was talking about, he asked how many I owned. I told him that’s not something he needed to know and if they’ve been getting alerts, they should specify which machine. He just said, “The one you use the most.” I requested the IP address for that particular computer and he flat out refused, saying just tell me which one you use most. I ended the call right there - felt like an obvious scam to me.

Absolute scammers! They claimed to be from Windows support and asked me to turn on my computer so they could "help" me or whatever. I played along for a while, then cheekily asked when they'd want my bank info and password. They said "in a moment!" I called them out on being frauds, asking how they can live with themselves tricking vulnerable folks who don’t know tech stuff. They just told me to "f**k off and die" and made some nasty comment about my mum. Real classy bunch!

This number has rung me loads of times, probably close to 20 missed calls before I actually picked up by accident. Some man with a strong foreign accent was shouting over loads of background noise, said his name was David Jones or something like that. He was trying to get me to log on to my computer and share my Windows ID because apparently I had serious problems that go beyond normal viruses! Seemed really dodgy to me.
