Got a call from a bloke called "Shaun" claiming to be from the "Life Insurance Team". He kept asking if I had life insurance or a mortgage, and then started probing about who my provider was and stuff. I wasn’t having any of it, said I wasn’t interested, but he got all pushy and annoying. When I tried to explain my situation was private and sorted with someone else, he just cut me off mid-sentence and hung up! Proper rude behaviour.

I told them I was too busy to chat, probably why they tried again. When I asked where they were calling from, the person said South Africa !!! I’m based in London. Cheers everyone for the warnings. I’ll block the number now, looks like any more calls like this are just scams.
