I got a call from someone pretending to be with O2, but their accent was terrible and hard to follow. They said, since I’ve been a loyal O2 customer, I could get a 30% discount or something like that. Yeah, sure… seemed like such a dodgy scam to me.

Got a weird text pretending to be from O2 with a 6-digit code, asking me to share it. I rang O2 on 202 and checked with their fraud team. They told me they’re not running any promo calls right now and that anyone asking for that code is trying to hack your account and maybe buy stuff in your name. Definitely a scam!
