I received a call from this number, but they chose not to leave a message, so I decided to send it to voicemail.

They said they were from 02 but I ain’t with them, then they just went “oh sorry, have a good day” - totally a scam. Next time I might just play along to hear what rubbish they come out with lol

They said they were calling from Mobile.co.uk and said they were linked to Curries. When I asked for their company registration number, they said they'd give it to me but it’s something you can find online anyway. Then they just hung up. Wouldn't trust them at all, seems like they pretend to be Carphone Warehouse, EE and loads of others too.

Picked up the phone with a quick “Hello!” but got no reply. After a while, a man with an Indian accent came on saying “I’m calling from Carphone Warehouse.” Then the line went dead. I asked “Hello, can you hear me?” and the sound came back. He asked again, “Can you hear me?” I said, “Yes, now I can.” He repeated, “I’m calling from Carphone Warehouse,” and I told him “That must be a mistake then.” Suddenly, the call ended. Definitely feels a bit dodgy to me.

Just got a call from someone claiming to be with EE Promotional Services, saying they could knock £20 off my phone bill. She asked how much I was paying first, then tried to get me to spell my name. I told her if they were really with EE, they'd already have my name in their system. She said it was just for recording, which sounded dodgy. I told her I didn’t buy it and hung up. Honestly, total scam, trying to snag your info. DON’T GIVE THEM ANYTHING!
