It's utterly frustrating to get a call first thing in the morning from these folks while I'm attending to elderly needs! What an absolute bunch of chancers - it’s even more irritating when they don’t utter a word!

They nearly had me convinced that they were representatives from British Gas, attempting to extract my card information. I did initially share my card details, but fortunately, I snapped back to reality just in time and provided them with a bogus three-digit code instead.
