This number rang me up today. At first, there was silence before someone answered. A lady asked for me by name. I asked her straight away where she’d got my number from. She claimed I’d given it to them. I told her that definitely wasn’t the case and reminded her that since my number is on the TPS, and she was calling me from a marketing database without permission, it’s illegal. She then just cut the call before she could try to pitch whatever scam it was.
