I recently received a voice message that purportedly came from HMRC, claiming to be regarding a tax fraud issue involving me. They urged me to press 1 to get in touch with my designated case worker to sidestep any potential legal trouble. Total scam!

I received a call from someone claiming to be with Three, promising to slash my phone bill by fifty percent if I completed a form. It all felt a bit dodgy and totally nonsensical, so I decided to end the conversation and hang up.

I've got a hunch this number is dodgy! They rang me claiming to be from 3 and started asking questions about my phone model and monthly payment. They said they could help lower my bill, but it all felt rather suspicious, especially since they didn't even have my details. Plus, I'm already a customer! Definitely raised a few eyebrows with that one.

I received a rather curious call from someone claiming to be from Three, touting some sort of deal to lower my mobile and internet expenses. They had the audacity to inquire about my current payments, to which I quite sharply pointed out that it struck me as utterly illogical for my own provider to ring me up with such an offer, especially when I’m already a customer. One would think they’d have access to that information already! The moment I questioned their legitimacy, they unceremoniously ended the call. Quite telling, wouldn’t you say?

I picked up a call but was met with nothing but an eerie silence before the line cut off abruptly. When I tried to call back, I was greeted by an utterly shoddy automated voice menu claiming to be some sort of utility centre-what even is that? It's blatantly a scam. Feeling quite frustrated with myself for picking up the call, especially since I know better than to engage with such dodgy numbers, but I wasn't entirely focused at the time.

Picked up the phone, but there was complete silence on the other end. All that came through was a bit of crackling noise, and then the call just dropped. Quite odd, really!
