Had a call like the one mentioned before. They said the boiler cover would go down to £24.99, but that’s actually more than what I’m already paying! Tried to find out my current price and all they offered was some vague rate for my area. Told them it all sounded a bit dodgy, and the bloke was like, "Glad you said that, loads of folks have been saying they think this is a scam too!" The call started with a lady who nailed my name and postcode, then she handed me over to some ‘supervisor.’ You could hear heaps of background chatter, like it was some noisy call centre.

Got a call from someone claiming I had a boiler policy and that they could lower my price to £24.99. Thing is, I don’t have any policy with them and they didn’t even know what kind of boiler I own. The caller was really pushy and quite rude too. I wouldn’t pick up if I were you. Definitely feels like a scam.
