I got a call from Muve Conveyancing, and it seemed pretty genuine. They rang me after I filled out a form online. Then, they sent a text telling me it was Muve Conveyancing and to ring them back when I had a moment. Nice and professional bunch.

I got a voicemail pretending to be from Muve online conveyancing, but they called me by the wrong name and claimed I had contacted them, which I never did. Muve seems to be a genuine company, but about 25 minutes later, I received another voicemail and a text from PM Property, coming from a (0114) number, telling me to call them back. They also got my name wrong. I never contacted either firm. Both numbers are now blocked and reported as scams.

I got a call from this conveyancing company after I asked for a quote on the internet. I thought their number might be dodgy at first, but it turns out it's legit now. We had a friendly conversation and they emailed me the quote, so it definitely isn’t a scam.

Got a call from an automated message claiming to be HMRC, warning me about a "time sensitive" issue. Sounded really dodgy to me, total scam alert!

Got a call from 02038843093 saying they were from the Inland Revenue. They told me I needed to get in touch with my solicitor straight away and warned me not to ignore the call, as it might cause serious trouble for both me and my solicitor. Felt very dodgy to me.

Got a call from an American woman saying it was from HMRC. Sounded pretty dodgy and had a bit of a threatening tone. Definitely a scam, no doubt about it. I wasn’t bothered but I reckon it could really scare someone who’s more vulnerable.

I got a call from 02038843093 and they claimed to be from HMRC. The voicemail left sounded like a police officer warning me it was urgent and I shouldn't ignore it. They said if I didn’t ring back on the number or get a lawyer, there would be legal trouble coming my way. Quite worrying!

I got a voicemail from this number claiming to be a solicitor, warning me I'd face legal action if I didn't respond. It honestly sounded like they used google translate or something, the voice was really weird.

Got a call from a recorded voice speaking with a US accent claiming to be HMRC, trying to scare me. I blocked the number since HMRC doesn’t phone you up - they always send letters instead.
