Got a recorded call supposedly from the British Red Cross trying to raise funds. They also provided a different number to ring if you want to stop getting calls from them. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

Got a call from this number earlier today, sounded clear with no background noise and the guy was speaking English quite well. He was asking about my life insurance, I told him I don’t have one. He seemed surprised and said they had it listed in their system. When I said that’s odd, he suddenly said he couldn’t give me any more info and just hung up on me.

I got a call from this number twice in two days. The background was really noisy, like some kind of busy place, and the person speaking English was really hard to understand. For the past couple of days, I've been getting calls from a woman who said her name was Amy. Her English wasn’t great, and she kept telling me I owed money and needed to pay up immediately or face legal trouble. I was so fed up with it because I’ve never owed a penny. I cut the call straight away, knowing it was a load of rubbish. It’s disgusting how some folks try to scam others out of money like this. They really deserve to be caught. TOTAL SCAM!!

In the Spinney Hill area of Leicester, there's a bloke named Kamran Qayyum who's up to no good. He's been caught trying to pinch people's bank details and is also known for ripping off housing benefit to cover his own rent. Watch out for this fraudster and his dodgy collection schemes - he's definitely not someone to trust.

I’m pretty sure it was a con, trying to gather my details for some dodgy scam later on. How do these annoying scams keep going on? Best to just hang up straight away.

This number called me a couple of times, but each time I answered there was just silence on the other end. Tried calling it back but it said the number wasn’t valid. Been reading some awful accounts recently about the trouble these scammers put folks through. Really can’t understand how they’re not stopped from carrying on like this.
