I’m completely at a loss over this call from a London number since I don’t recognise anyone from that area. I’ve ended up with about half a dozen missed calls, but not a single voicemail left. Quite baffling, really!

It seems I've received a rather unexpected cold call from some team purporting to be from a housing disrepair outfit. They suggested they could assist me with a claim regarding my less-than-stellar living conditions, supposedly provided by either the council or a housing association. However, the details they provided were utterly lacking, leaving me somewhat sceptical.

I received three calls from this number, and each time I picked up, there was nothing but silence on the other end. Quite curious, really!
