Got a call from someone saying they were from O2 trying to get me to upgrade to a pricier contract than mine. I told him straight up he was a scammer and then he just ended the call.

Got a call from someone saying they were O2, but I’m pretty sure they were from India. They tried to get me to upgrade to a pricier deal than what I already have. Told them to stop wasting my time cos they were clearly trying to scam me, and then they just cut me off.

Got a call from someone sounding like an Indian call centre, saying they were from 02 and wanted to discuss my account changes. Wasn’t convinced it was legit, so told them I don’t take cold calls and ended the call. Rang 02 afterward, but the bloke I spoke to was pretty useless, said it could be from their numbers but wasn’t certain. Nothing showed up on their system about any call to me. Feels very dodgy, probably a scam call centre.
