The phone number appears to be linked to fast.emergency-locksmiths-24.co.uk now. They dispatch a locksmith who jumps straight into the job without telling you how much it'll cost beforehand, then ends up charging you way too much. Avoid them if you can.

Be careful with this number, it belongs to emergency-locksmiths-24. I wouldn’t trust them at all, they’re just out to scam you. Don’t end up getting ripped off like I almost did.

It's a classic pop-up con, isn’t it? They try to make you believe your computer’s got a virus or some sort of infection. They masquerade as tech support, but in reality, they’re nothing more than tricksters after your money.

WARNING! I came across this number while reading a news story about a guy saving a bear cub. Suddenly, a creepy voice popped up saying there was spyware on my computer and “Microsoft” needed to fix it. It told me not to turn off or restart my laptop. They basically locked me out of my own machine. Then some “technician” said they had to hook my laptop up to their server. That’s when I got suspicious and cut the call immediately. I just turned my laptop off and on again, and everything was fine afterward. Total scam!

I encountered a rather alarming situation with my laptop the other day. It completely froze up, and after some searching, I was directed to this phone number. The individuals on the line presented themselves as representatives from Microsoft. They then asked to take remote control of my computer. Things took a worrying turn when they requested I log into my bank account. I felt uneasy about this and declined. Immediately after my refusal, my laptop crashed, and now it’s rendered unusable. Quite the predicament, I must say!
