Got a call from a bloke with a foreign accent saying he was from BT Openreach. He claimed that my internet was acting up and could drop out at any second. Weirdly, he knew my last name without me telling him! He kept calling me ‘ma’am’, which seemed a bit off. I just let him ramble on for a bit before he gave up and ended the call. Guess it’s a bit different from the regular nonsense about suspicious activity on my Amazon account!
