Got a call from a lady with an American accent, saying she was from Microsoft. She claimed our system was illegal and threatened to disconnect us. My husband hung up straight away, but she called back from another number, 07751149481. He picked up again, and it was the same annoying woman. Then she tried a third time, but we didn’t bother answering and she left a rude voicemail. Totally a scam in my opinion since she said she’d shut down our computer, yet my husband is still using it fine now.
