I didn’t catch the guy’s name clearly, but he claimed to be from O2, saying I could upgrade now. Thing is, I’m pretty sure I still have about 18 months left on my contract. Feels like a dodgy scam to me.

The weird bit was she already knew my postcode and address, that’s what made me feel a bit uneasy.
