Honestly, this seems really dodgy. Experian revealed two searches done without my permission by "Natwest group". I made a complaint. They told me Natwest asked me to ring an 0800 number, which just played a short voice note telling me to call another 0800 number. After waiting ages for their system to pick up, I complained again. Now someone with a weird foreign accent is asking for my bank details. I don’t even hold a Natwest account. Can someone at Natwest please check these unusual numbers?
