If you even hint that you don't remember such an agreement, they get quite cheeky, insisting they have a recording of me giving the green light. It feels like they’re trying to pressure you into settling a bill for something you’ve never even asked for! Most of the time, they’ve got a bit of a Scouse twang, though they might switch it up by using other voices to throw you off. They can get rather confrontational on the phone to try and force you into compliance. If any of you lot are in the same boat, please chime in with the names or companies you’re being contacted by.
