When I answered the call, there was complete silence, and then it disconnected abruptly. From what I've encountered before, this strikes me as a potential scam; there's often a noticeable delay before their attempts to connect, which in this instance didn't go through. I've got a landline, and it's currently being inundated with these sorts of calls—barely a day goes by without at least one!
