I get calls from a number almost exactly like this one every week. When I don't answer, they ring again and again, but if I do pick up, they just put the phone down straight away, just like others have said. You can always make out some voices faintly in the background. I block them every time but somehow they manage to call me from a number that’s just a bit different each time.

Today at about 12:56, I got a call from 02038682234. As soon as I picked up, the person on the other end just stayed silent and wouldn’t say a word. It feels like I’m constantly getting calls like this recently, probably because my number’s been passed around loads of times. Honestly, it’s quite dull. I reckon the telemarketers are just ticking boxes to get their pay, calling people on lists without actually having the guts to talk to anyone. Maybe it’s a blessing in disguise though, since we don’t have to listen to their rubbish when they don’t even bother chatting.
