I've found that this number seems to be associated with a charge of £3.75 that popped up on my mobile bill, originating from a text sent by 81777. The peculiar thing is, I have no clue how they got in touch with me, as there haven’t been any texts from that source at all. When I try to reach them, the number just doesn’t connect, leaving me unable to have a chat to put a stop to these pesky charges. I've heard whispers that this could be a scam from the States. Does anyone have any advice on how to put an end to these unwelcome charges?

Does anyone have a customer service number for those pricey premium SMS firms? They keep sending me loads of texts I don’t want and then bill me a fortune for them. Really need to get in touch to sort this out!

I found that there was a mysterious £4.50 charge appearing on my phone bill each month for a horoscope service I never signed up for. It's utterly baffling how this occurred! I received texts for about six months without a clue. Eventually, I had to reach out to Vodafone to find out what was going on and had to block premium-rate numbers to put an end to it. It's clear these individuals are up to no good!

On the 26th of March, 2018, I got an email from this number informing me that I’d be billed £4.50 a month for something called Psychic Alerts. They suggested that if I didn’t wish to subscribe, I should send a text with the word STOP to 81777. Naturally, I followed their instructions, but now I've just discovered O2 is charging me for that message! Who are these individuals, and how are they permitted to operate like this? It’s absolutely scandalous, especially as I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service!
