Got a call saying it was from Virgin O2 about some transfer problems. I told them I wasn’t having any trouble. Then straight away they offered to connect me to someone to 'update my details'. I said no thanks, I’ll just sort it online myself. After that, there was this awkward quiet. I asked if they had anything else, and the silence was pretty telling. Feels like a scam to me.
