I received a call from someone claiming to be from O2, saying they were offering a 40% discount on my bills over the next year as a gesture of appreciation for my loyalty. I quickly realised it's a scam since I don't even have an account with O2, so I hung up straight away.

Got a phone call from someone saying they were with O2 and could offer me 30% off because of poor signal in my area. They asked if I was the account holder but never gave their name or company details, and didn’t bother to check any security info. Then, they said they’d send me a link to some portal, which felt really dodgy, so I just hung up. Definitely sounded like a scam to me.
