I just got a call saying my Amazon subscription was up for renewal and they were gonna take £76 out of my bank. They told me to press 1 if I wanted to cancel. Seriously, how are these guys still allowed to pull this off?

I ignored the call since I had just got one from a spammer earlier. Tried calling back, but it just gave me a beep saying the number isn’t valid. Feels like another spam call to me.
