Reports on phone number 02038399986
4 yearsI received a rather dubious call from the number 02038399986, with someone claiming to represent Microsoft. They insisted that my account had been compromised and urged me to access my computer immediately. Naturally, I declined to comply and requested her credentials so that my tech-savvy friend could probe into the matter further and get back in touch. This individual was notably insistent, even stating that my refusal to log in would effectively aid the hackers and threaten to block my account. Quite the audacious claim! Despite her relentless pressure, she refused to provide her name but did offer a Microsoft licence number that rang no bells for me. I did retrieve the phone number through the 1471 service after the call ended. Quite concerning!MicrosoftSubmit Your Own Report (020 3839 9986)
