So it’s a Sunday morning and I get a call from this number. Some bloke named Ashley rings me up trying to pitch advertising for my business on Facebook. When I told him it was really not on to be calling me on a Sunday, he got all aggressive and called me “passive/aggressive” for complaining. Then had the cheek to say if I didn’t want such calls, I should just disconnect my phone! Honestly, it’s beyond rude and invasive. Next time, I’m just gonna tell him where to go and hang up straight away. That’s what I should’ve done now I think about it!

Like My Business NEW 6 minutes ago If you’ve been cold-called by this lot, avoid them at all costs. Back in 2011, I foolishly let them 'improve' my Facebook and Twitter profiles to match my website, promising guaranteed likes and all that. They were meant to send me a link to check the updates before I committed, but I never saw anything. Tried endlessly to get hold of them by phone and email with no luck. I just chalked it up to a bad experience. Fast forward to today, 24th October 2014, and I get another call from the same firm, wanting to chat about my Facebook page again. I asked straight away if he was selling something, and when he said no, he then mentioned I was owed a refund of £198 from the original payment. When I showed interest, he cheekily said, "I bet you are," then abruptly ended the call. Don’t put your trust in them - they go by Like My Business but sometimes use different names to mask themselves.

On 22nd May 2013, I bought a package from Likemybusiness that included a Facebook and Twitter business page setup. I paid straight away using my credit card and was told that their web design team would get in touch in a few days to get everything sorted. But here we are almost 6 weeks later and still nothing has been done.
The payment went through and I even got an invoice email from them, but the service/product hasn't been delivered at all.
I've tried calling them loads of times, but it always just goes straight to voicemail no matter when I call, and they never call back.
Emails have been sent too, but all I get is an automated reply saying they'll be in contact soon.
Still no response, no update, and definitely no refund. Based on what I’ve gone through, I wouldn’t suggest anyone use their services.
