To my dismay, I was greeted by a rather unpleasant chap named Ashley who insisted on discussing how I could promote my business on Facebook. When I pointed out that these types of calls were rather inappropriate for a Sunday, he responded with quite a lot of hostility, accusing me of being 'passive-aggressive'. He even suggested that if I wasn’t keen on receiving such calls, I ought to unplug my phone altogether! It’s outrageous that individuals like him think it’s acceptable to be both intrusive and so rude. Honestly, I should have just told him where to go and hung up in disgust. I made an instant payment via my credit card, and they assured me that their team of web designers would reach out in a few days to get everything sorted. Yet here we are on the 2nd of July 2013, and the whole affair remains unresolved. Despite the payment being processed and the invoice having been sent, nothing has progressed. I've tried ringing them multiple times, but it's always the same-just voicemail, regardless of when I call, and my messages seem to vanish into thin air. I've sent numerous emails as well, but the only responses I get are automated ones, promising that someone will be in touch. Still, I find myself in limbo without a response or a refund.
