Called by someone with no name trying to convince my 94-year-old granny to buy a warranty renewal for a washing machine she doesnt even own. Absolute scam artists, they should be locked away.

Got a call about insuring my washing machine. The person said they were from acc or something like that, but I’ve never heard of them before. They knew my name, but had no clue about the washing machine itself, and claimed I paid for cover through a bank I’m not even connected with. Ended up just hanging up on them.
