This bloke rang up claiming my washing machine insurance was up for renewal. I was like, no way. When I asked what brand and model it was, or where I bought it, he couldn’t answer. Then he started offering 30% off if I signed up for 3 years straight away. I told him to post me the details so I could have a proper look. Next thing, he just ended the call. Pretty clear this was a rubbish scam, probably trying to sneak my credit card info. Would say this call deserves a Dangerous warning.
