The chap who rang me clearly had some issues with his script, as he uttered something quite bizarre: “Am I in conversation with… myself?” He then went on to blurt out, “I have received your Pro...File.” Naturally, I asked him to clarify that, and he continued with “Pro…File” instead of simply saying “profile.” I told him to give me a ring back in ten minutes while I did a bit of digging on the number, and then I cut the call. That was this morning, and he hasn’t bothered to call me again. Honestly, where’s the decency these days?
