The voice on the line sounded like a robot and kept asking me to rate my experience by saying a number. I tried saying it twice, but each time it didn’t understand me properly. Proper frustrating! In the end, I just hung up. Seems like a pointless exercise, probably costing British Gas money and adding to our bills for no real gain. Totally useless.
