About 20 mins back, I got a call from this number but they didn’t leave any voicemail or anything on my answerphone.

Got a call from someone claiming to be an insurance rep trying to sell me a deal. He kept going on about discounts and stuff, sounded like he was testing me to see if I'd bite. Was acting like I'd already got insurance for my household appliances, so I just let him talk until I got bored and told him I didn’t actually have that insurance. Then he just said thanks and hung up. He spoke with an Asian accent, and to be honest, I wasn’t convinced he was legit.

I picked up a call from a number I didn’t recognise, just said “Hello” and then they cut me off straight away. Sounds like one of those scam calls so I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now. Too much hassle otherwise!
