8 yearsHello, this morning my wife got a call from someone claiming to be an officer named James Morgan from the HMRC tax fraud team. He told her that we need to fill out a P52 form supposedly sent to us back in June 2018, which we never got. Apparently, there's a charge from 2011 for £575 that we owe. The reference numbers he gave were back1809, id779425873, and case ref cq 7005421. Both my wife and I are 75, and we've never had any letters or calls about this before, only today. Could you please get back to me at horsleyandson@btinternet[###] if possible? Thank you. Mr & Mrs HorsleyMadamJames MorganHM Tax Fraud SquadHorsley8 yearsI received a voicemail that was quite unsettling, stating something about my property being monitored and urging me to get in touch with a certain number. The quality of the recording was poor, making it tough to decipher everything they said. However, it did seem to mention HMRC and customs in some capacity. Quite bizarre, if you ask me!HMRC8 yearsjust got a call pretending to be hmrc, it’s a scam so don’t bother calling them back!HMRC8 yearsGot a poorly recorded voicemail warning me about some court case!8 yearsGot a call from someone pretending to be HMRC, going on about all kinds of threats if I didn’t ring them straight away.
