I received a rather dubious call recently where the person on the other end insisted that I was implicated in a car crash that wasn’t my doing. Oddly enough, just the week before, I had a nearly identical unsolicited ring from another 020 number in London. The caller had a distinctly foreign accent and the background noise was quite chaotic. It's quite baffling! These con artists really need to be shut down!
